About Pirate Dodge
Pirate Dodge sends a small boat down a dangerous river. Move between lanes to avoid rocks and kraken tentacles while watching enemy ships that can shoot or cut across your route. You can fire back, and defeated pirates leave coins and pieces of a map to collect.

Keep an escape lane open
Use the left and right arrows or A and D to switch lanes, and Space to shoot. Read the next row of hazards before moving. Changing into a lane that looks safe nearby can still leave the boat headed toward a rock farther ahead.
Treat firing and evasion as separate decisions. An enemy worth shooting is not always worth approaching directly. Keep a safe line first, then collect the drops if the route remains open. Coins can buy a stronger ship, but losing control for a pickup defeats that purpose.
